This is a regional project that starts in Torroella de Montgrí, a town with services, leisure and culture, landscape and natural protected areas, with the purpose to extend the model throughout the Baix Empordà and Catalonia.
This cohousing model is designed to encourage community members to acquire home ownership although some may be rented.

Each owner or tenant will enjoy the private use of the home and will share the use of another space where they will live together with other people.

If someone leaves Convivalis will reacquire that home to perpetuate the cohousing model.
